Bidding terms

You must inspect vehicles prior to bidding/buying. All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition: the motor vehicle sold under this contract is being sold "as-is" and is not represented as being in roadworthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser's expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.Company makes no representation as to the condition or roadworthiness of any vehicle purchased from the broker/Copart/IAA. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about any vehicle prior to bidding at

Different titles

Cars sold with clean titles may not be clean titles in different states. Members must verify how the State DMV of the State where the vehicle is going to be registered will handle a clean title with an insurance company as seller. These titles may not be accepted in all States as clean titles. Member should verify with their State prior to bidding if this will come back as a rebuilt title. Most titles are reported to NMVTIS data base as salvage. This is the responsibility of the Member to check on its accuracy. Company makes no representation on how clean titles are handle in the different States.

Recall vehicles

Any vehicle bought from the auction may be a subject to open safety recalls. Upon confirmation that payment has been credited to the broker’s bank account, the bidder will receive instructions via e-mail on how to take possession of the vehicle. The vehicle will not be released to the bidder until full payment is received by the broker. The bidder is responsible for any broker and documentation fees, transportation fees, delinquent DMV fees, storage fees and all auction fees and our commission before the vehicle will be released.

Payment loss

Non-payment of a vehicle within the 3 days may result in a loss of the full bid deposit and loss of bidding privileges. A late fee of 50 USD will be applied by the auction if payment is not received within 3 days from the date the vehicle is awarded and placed on the account.

Registering the vehicle

U.S. RESIDENTS: ALL SALVAGE VEHICLES MUST BE FULLY REPAIRED AND INSPECTED IN MEMBER’S HOME STATE BEFORE THEY CAN BE REGISTERED. MEMBERS SHOULD CHECK WITH THEIR LOCAL DMV TO SEE WHAT THE PROCEDURE IS. (Stay away from Bills of sale, junk titles, certificate of destruction and bio-hazard). Clean title vehicles sold at auctions may have salvage history on them. In addition, the clean title may not be accepted in Member’s State as a clean title if is being sold by an Insurance company. Please determine in advance how your State will treat this type of title. COMPANY IS NOT FAMILIAR WITH CUSTOMS LAWS IN MEMBER’S COUNTRY. THAT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MEMBER. (Vat tax and EU tax are paid in the final destination if applicable) on the amount invoiced by broker not the auction price.

Pick-up and storage

Immediately after bid approval, online bidders have three business days of free storage if other information is not mentioned on the vehicle information page or Member is not notified by email or phone about that. Auctions are closed on weekends. All fees, including late fees must be paid before picking up vehicle. If vehicle is not paid within 9 days from the auction date, the vehicle may be re-listed which will result in loss of initial security deposit of 400 USD or 10% of bid, whichever is greater. For bids "on approval", the seller has 48 hours to approve the bid. The payment and storage is not incurred until the bid is approved. If the vehicle is not removed from copart within 25 days, you will run the risk of the auction deeming the vehicle abandoned. This means Members will lose the money they paid for the car.

Winning Bid Fees

Within three days including the day of auction, Member will be emailed with an Invoice. BUY IT NOW purchase option must be paid the same day the vehicle is awarded or auction will charge 50 USD late fee. Free Storage is only two days including the date of purchase on BUY IT NOW purchases.

Buyer is also responsible for any and all collection costs, including attorney fees and court costs. Bidding privileges will be suspended until payment has been received. In the event of a chargeback, the bidder/buyer will be responsible for all collection charges and attorney fees to collect.

Member acknowledges and agrees that once a bid has been submitted, an offer has been made and/or the buy it now option has been exercised, it cannot be retracted, deleted, or cancelled. Member wins the auction in case they are the highest bidder at end of live auction and/or the seller has accepted the final or the seller has accepted buy now offer.
